This rocket squid (loligo) is deep-sea caught and flash frozen right after harvest to retain its natural sweet ocean flavour. Plump and firm with translucent, fresh-looking meat, it delivers a crisp, springy texture and only a mild sea smell.

Versatile for stir-frying, grilling, hot-pot blanching, quick boiling or sashimi. Keep frozen on arrival and thaw slowly in the fridge before cooking.
